This 100% Sauvignon Blanc was made from grapes grown naturally, without artificial pesticides or herbicides, at our cool American Canyon and Carneros vineyards. The combination of the right clones and cool growing region produced crisp flavors of Meyer lemon, white peach, and dried apricot with mineral notes that are perfect with a wide range of food, including grilled fish, goat cheese salad and spicy Mexican or Asian cuisine.

I thought this would be very dry, and to my delight it was not. Well unexpected
Rich & Creamy
I'm usually a big fan of Grgich Hills. This is just not what one thinks of when thinking of a Fume Blanc. Too oaky, too buttery and too fruity. Nothing subtle about this wine. Chardonnay lovers may like it.
