Winemaker's Notes:
Nose: An array of ripe fruit characters with subtle nuances of spice.Color: Deep, dark red. Palate: Rich flavors of blackberry and dark chocolate. Excellent depth of intensity and an almost seamless structure. The intense flavors are held together by well-integrated fine grain tannins, providing a long rewarding finish. A stylish wine which will age. Food Suggestions: Rib-eye steak or filet mignon with roasted vegetables. Serving Temperature: Best served at room temperature. Cellaring: Although drinking beautifully now, would reward careful cellaring, 4-7 years. |
