Winemaker's Notes:
The color is redish, maroon with hints of purple. Aromas are strong and spicy, with a woody presence. The palate has marked tannins, while aging adds roundness,
complexity and vanilla.
Suggested food are sweetbread, onion and
pepper kebabs with pear puree and red wine and
thyme reduction, stuffed chicken breast, grilled
aubergines and curry cream. |
