Aromas of wild mulberries, spicy black berries, and floral notes follow with spicy, and toasty oak. Rich, fruit-driven flavors on the palate linger through a long finish. Made midway between a new and old world style this balanced,
complex wine is made by thinning
half the fruit in the vineyard
during the early growing stages.
By doing this, we're able to harvest fruit that is more concentrated in flavors and thus produce a dense and powerful Syrah.
