winemaker's notes:
This wine is made by blending Malbec from the three best growing areas in the Mendoza provence. In these areas, the grapes develop sweet tannins, intense fruit and good acidity/sugar balance, combining the characteristics of each area. Red purple color. Intense black fruits and red plum aromas. Smooth and concentrated tannins in the mouth.

I usually stay away from Malbec, but I tried this one because of the reviews. I definately enjoyed it. It had a taste that was unique compared to Merlots or Cabs, but not bad. It didn't have the overwelming alchohol vibe that I usually associate with Malbecs from Argentinia. I'm going to have to try more of these. Worth it.

The first time I tried this wine, I was not expecting much considering is under 15 dollars, but boy was I wrong.
Very good.

Everything the maker says is true! Smooth tanins, not too acidic, a deep purple/red color with intense aromas. We had it for a diiner party and everyone enjoyed it.
