Winemaker's Notes

The color is a ruby red of good intensity with darker purple reflections.

The bouquet possesses fragrances of blueberries, blackberries and cherries which are enhanced by hints of vanilla spices.

On the palate, this wine shows an enveloping yet not oppressive body while its acidic component is refreshing and at the same time enhances its great structure . The tannins are well integrated while the finish is long and persistent.

Sangiovese 90%, with complementary red varieties according to appellation's regulations (Malvasia nera, Colorino, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon).
