Dark ruby in color, the wine has intense Bing cherry aromas, with blackberries, plums, slight juniper berry and forest floor. There is a childhood
memory of aromas of warm cherry Jello and dark chocolate... very inviting. The oak is well-integrated with nuances of spice and aromatic
cedar. The flavors of black cherry, Santa Rosa plum and Earl Grey tea lead into cinnamon, with a hint of cardamom and vanilla on the finish.
There is a nice balance of acidity and richness with firm tannin structure.
