Deep ruby red. Full, sweet, ripe red fruit, plum jam, sweet wood notes. Vigorous, quite soft, warm, tannic, fresh, persistent.

"This shows so much juicy and bright fruit, with round tannins and a fresh finish. Lots going on. You just want to drink it, with its berry and chocolate undertones. Better in one or two years.
"Good deep medium red. Expressive, ripe nose offers plum, marzipan and leather. Fleshy, rich and chewy, with elevated alcohol and plenty of warm plum, leather and loam flavors. The broad finish features substantial dusty tannins. Carlo Revello notes that the 2007s are better to drink now than the 2008s, which "have great noses but are not yet full.""

long been the honored red grape of Northern Italy...Read More About Nebbiolo
