To create a light, fresh Sauvignon Blanc that displays intense fruit flavors and
exceptional balance, we blend grapes from Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley, and
then ferment and finish the wine in stainless steel to capture the varietal's vibrant
attributes. Our Alexander Valley fruit provides a core of citrus and juicy tropical fruit
flavors while the grapes we harvest from Dry Creek Valley lend mineral characteristics.
The wine appears light golden yellow, with
aromas of tangerine, pink grapefruit, honeysuckle and minerals.
The palate displays
flavors of pineapple, lemon, figs and clover.
