To create a light, fresh Sauvignon Blanc that displays intense fruit flavors and
exceptional balance, grapes were sourced from three different appellations. Grapes from Napa give juicy tropical fruit flavors, the Alexander Valley fruit
provides a solid backbone of citrus, while Mendocino grapes contribute to the
luscious aromatics of the Diamond Sauvignon Blanc. To keep this varietal bright and refreshing, the wine is fermented and finished exclusively in stainless steel.
