This wine is a literal yule log of aromas-incense cedar, pomegranate, dried cranberry, clove and bay leaf. In the mouth, flavors of wild berry and meaty Santa Rosa Plum dominate, and the wine finishes smooth, silky and very cinnamony. The texture has a little fat to it, but not too heavy.
