This handcrafted single vineyard wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Musque grown using sustainable practices at 2,400ft. in the Red Hills Lake County AVA. The red volcanic soils of this mountain site, in tandem with the cooling lake influences below, are perfectly suited to the production of traditional Bordeaux varietals, including Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp and clean, this wine offers up notes of kiwi, honeydew melon and ocean brine. Drink either as an aperitif or pair with shellfish, seafood, poultry, pasta, or mildly spicy and fusion fare.
