Winemaker's Notes:
Our 2009 Pinot Noir is a bit more forward than prior vintages, leaning more to the
black-fruit vs. red fruit side on both the nose and palate. The palate retains a fresh and
focused acidity that complements the fine and subtle tannins. As of fall 2011, the pure
primary fruit is starting to show more complexity with each month in bottle. Hints of
clove and earth are coming into focus and the texture is open and inviting already. |
