Winemaker's Notes

The style of Foppiano Pinot Noir stresses the varietals fruit qualities. Though oak aging is a component in the winemaking process, we dont leave the wine in oak for too long. To do so would cover the magnificent cherry and currant fruit that defines our Pinot Noir.

Pinot Noir is an excellent partner for game birds, grilled salmon, bruchetta, and lightly herbed spring lamb.
