Made with our top Cabernet grapes from Barrancas. Vinification follows classic lines in stainless steel tanks in which fermentation/maceration take between 25-30 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wines undergo a 12 months ageing process in French and American oak casks. A similar length of time is given in bottle before sale.
Clean red color with a slate-red meniscus (rim); an aroma hinting at oak, with a concentrated berry-fruit flavor and persistent aftertaste.
