Fife Redhead Carignane Rose 2004

Fife Vineyards first Rosé was inspired by dry rosés of the Rhône and Provence. A mélange of light cherry, red raspberry, and pomegranate, this wine delivers crisp, fruit salad freshness. We serve it as a stand-alone aperitif and quaff it with seafood, BBQ, olives and cheeses, and most Pacific Rim dishes.
