Feudo Monaci - which translates to "Fief Monks" - is a winery dating back to 1804, with profound roots in the history of the Salentino territory. The vineyards of Feudo Monaci lie in the beautiful Azienda Castello Monaci, located in the Salice Salentino territory of Puglia.
The property consists of 220 hectares (60 vine-cultivated), producing principally red wine grapes. Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Malvasia Nera take up the majority of the vineyard, with a small quantity of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc making the balance.
