    Well-balanced and crisp, this wine is a distinctive blend of grapes harvested from ten vineyard blocks in the Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys. We blend this wine from the finest fruit of these three appellations.

    Enjoy our Fumé Blanc with:

    Oysters, smoked salmon, filet of sole, orange roughy, mussels, scallops, crab, chicken, proscuitto. Artichokes, asparagus, green beans, lettuce, zucchini. Risotto, ravioli and pasta with creamy sauces. Sesame, ginger, wasabi,cilantro, mint, garlic, basil. Fresh Goat Cheese.
