Winemaker Notes
The Farallon Pinot Noir is medium bodied with nice tannins and structure. It shows a classic Pinot Noir nose with subdued aromas of black cherry and strawberry. There are hints of cloves, cinnamon spice, and mocha. The finish is long and woodsy with a light, ground coffee flavor. This wine is enjoyable now and will continue to age nicely for two to six years.
