Winemaker's Notes

Deep ruby red color with scents of wild fruit in the bouquet. Very focused, concentrated and spicy with accents of raspberries. Smooth and well-balanced with firm yet velvety tannins.

Critical Acclaim

"Ripe black cherry and sweet tobacco aromas follow through to a full body, with lots of concentrated fruit and a long finish. Rich and opulent. Best after 2010."

Toured Tuscany recently and had the great fortune to tour this vineyard. Also had the great fortune to dine with the family. The only thing better than this brunello was their hospitality. This wine is outstanding!
