The aromatics of the 2008 Pinot are most suggestive of juicy spiced cherries and currants, with the suggestions of anise and cola that are often typical of good Pinot Noir. There is a roundness and harmony to the texture, which makes the wine especially inviting for current drinking. pork loin with garlic and mustard!), polenta and sausages, and light pastas. It is classic with grilled or roasted salmon, and positively delicious as a glass of wine anytime.
