Winemaker's Notes:
The grapes are hand-harvested, cold-fermented and "aged sur-lie" for up to three months in French oak barrels for complexity.
A pale yellow color with light tones of green. Tropical fruit notes such as chirimoya stand out on the nose, accompanied by touches of green apple, tomato leaf, and herbs, indicating good balance between this variety's fruit and herbal aspects. Refreshing on the palate with a sharp acidity and medium body that leads to a persistent, enjoyable aftertaste.
