    Winemaker Notes

This small production Cabernet is currently sold out at the winery. Erath's is one of the last remaining Willamette Valley Cabernets--in this cool region the grapes don't achieve the level of ripeness found in warmer areas (such as Washington and California). The wine has an attractive, distinctly peppery character; it was aged in French and American oak for almost two years.
