Our Chardonnay from Monterey County is packed with lush tropical fruit aromas and flavors with hints of apple, butter, spice, and pear. To add further complexity the wine was barrel-fermented and aged in small French oak cooperage. The richness of this Chardonnay pairs extremely well with a variety of fish, poultry and pasta dishes--especially those with rich cream sauces.
