Winemaker's Notes

An intense ruby in color, Echelon Pinot Noir offers pretty aromas of cherries, cloves and rose petals, while sweet oak lingers in the background. The flavors are richly layered with ripe, dark cherry fruit, medium tannins and a lingering, slightly oaky finish.

Beautifully balanced, this Pinot Noir pairs well with a wide variety of foods. Try it with pasta, chicken, grilled meat, and vegetarian fare.
