A complex, layered wine in the tradition of the classic Bordeaux, the fruity aromas of ripe blackberry and cassis mingle with cedar, tobacco leaf spiciness and the anise typical of Paso Robles Cabernets. The taste has fruity flavors and a long, supple finish of chocolate and tar. Serve at cellar temperature with grilled steak or with strawberries dipped in chocolate fondue.
