The Drappier vineyards are the basis on which the essence and consistency of our Cuvees are built. At Urville, the Pinot Noir is king (70%), whilst the Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier (15%) give balance to the blends. Cultivated with special care, the family vineyard has been fertilized with natural manures just as they were in the last century. The methods used are simple, not to say basic, in order that nature can express itself freely. The crop coming from these vineyards thus produces wines which faithfully reflect the "terroir."
