Born from a deep-rooted winegrowing background, it was only in 1986 that the Domaine became entirely dedicated to a passion for wine. Consequently, the Domaine sold all other businesses in the field of hi-tech ventilated suits.
This choice was matured through long consideration and thought for both quality and environment-friendliness. The goal was clear: produce the best wine in each appellation, while preserving nature and man. La Mordoree therefore acquired new lands, broadening its vineyards and enriching its appellations with new cherished parcels of land.
