The Cotes du Rhone Villages Massif d'Uchaux
Cuvee Genest is made from 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. It undergoes a longer cuvaison, 18 months of aging in tank, and is bottled without filtration. This rich and deeply concentrated wine goes best with robust foods and ripe cheeses.
