Domaine Vigneau Chevreau

The 28 acres of the domain are located in four out of the eight villages which make the appelation surface, giving complexity and intensity to its wines thanks to the quality of its land and its orientation.

Our domain is in constant search of quality improvements throughout various methods, such as manual grape harvestion with selection and thinning out of leaves. Since 1995, the domaine conversion to more biodynamic processes also helps to reinforce the life of the land and its characteristics, banishing all chemical products on the domain.

The aging of our wines takes place in our caves which are dug in the limestone so as to obtain secondary flavors which characterized our long kept wines.
