A very perfumed nose, with very fresh acidity given the rich texture of the wine. Some pineapple and sugary apple, crystallized ginger and sweet Meyer lemon, too. Candied lemon slices, like lemonade, very citric. A finish of apple skin and cloves and pink grapefruit.
