After the rather eccentric and atypical 2003 vintage, 2004 is a more classical
vintage. Despite the wet weather in July and August, a warm, dry September allowed grapes
to reach full maturity. The final result is remarkable, producing aromatic, well balanced wines
with good fruit.
Color: Crystal clear with hints of gold.
Aroma: Clean with a subtle hint of apples and undergrowth.
Taste: Vigorous, typical Chablis with good minerality.
