Winemaker Notes
Deep ruby red in color. Fresh cherries with fragrant oak initially stand out, a little sulfide complexity and hints of game can also be found within the bouquet. On the palate the dominant flavor is cherries with support from strawberry and raspberry confection, perhaps a dash of vanilla and bitter herb can also be found. Finishes with a sensuous mouth feel and moderate length of persistence.
