Winemaker's Notes

"Bright, pale yellow color. The slightly woody, pleasant, delicate nose opens up with notes notes of acacia flowers and fresh hazelnuts. The attack is frank and bold. The finely oaky-vanilla palate and the well-proportioned acidity gives this wine long-lasting scents and flavors, which are quite impressive for this appellation. This 2004 White Burgundy represents good value and can be enjoyed already during a meal or as an apéritif." - Christophe Voisin, Export Director Serving Suggestions: Serve at 50°F with fish terrine, fish en papillotes, or with white meats.
