Winemaker's Notes:
The color is extracted and dark. The nose is very rich. In the mouth, it is balanced, dense, spicy and peppered.
This "gibeceux" wine, spiced, peppered and with powerful tannins with pair well with game, grilled duck breast in a slightly spiced sauce with green pepper. |
