Blend: 80% Prugnolo and 20% Aglianico
Intensely ruby-red in color with violet hues, Ramitello offers subtle scents of plums, cherries, blackberry, boysenberry, spices and vanilla . On the palate, Ramitello is full-bodied and lush yet velvety with a perfect balance between the supple flavors of wild berries and the pleasing acidity. Soft tannins frame an elegant and long finish with spice and licorice aromas.
Excellent with richly flavored dishes, meats, cured meats, small game and aged cheeses. Allow to breathe prior to serving.
