Winemaker's Notes

We hope you enjoy this Cabernet Sauvignon, our familys effort to bring you honest, true-to-varietal wines from the vineyards we have farmed for more than seventy-five years. This Delicato Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon blends Cabernet Sauvignon with Zinfandel, Shiraz and other red grape varieties to create layers of flavor complexity in a bright garnet red wine. With aromas reminiscent of ripe cherries and plums with hints of blueberry, this soft, silky and smooth red wine is ready for drinking now, but will continue to improve with age over the next few years. Enjoy it with grilled chicken, barbecue, pastas with rich red sauces, and with slightly spicy foods.
