Winemaker's Notes:

Nose: Delicious aromas of melon, passion fruit and dry grass.

Palate: On the palate, flavors of green apple, grapefruit and kiwi are complemented by subtle hints of lychee. A bright crisp wine with a clean lingering finish.

Food pairings: Scallop ceviche; salad with grapefruit, orange and avocado; halibut with lemon beurre blanc.

"A great food wine. Bone dry and very crisp. This has deep, appealing flavors of citrus fruits, figs and white peppery spices. Would go great with savory dishes like roast chicken and mushroom tarts."
