Winemaker's Notes:

The OFS Pinot Noir typifies a quintessential Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley. Generous aromas of blackberry and raspberry lift out of the glass. The aromas unfold to fresh berries mingling with rose petals towards the front of the palate, followed by undertones of cola, leather, and black tea in the mid to back palate. This seductively layered wine is perfectly balanced with its fine acids and medium-bodied soft tannins, resulting in a wine that is approachable upon release as well as a wine that will continue to develop beautiful nuances with age. Enjoy with roasted pork tenderloin with fingerling potatoes or grilled rack of lamb with honey mustard glaze.
