Winemaker's Notes:

Our 2007 California Cabernet Sauvignon was made from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown throughout California. The select lots of wine were blended to develop complexity and true varietal character, while retaining an approachable, fruit-forward style that is appealing both at the dinner table and al fresco.

This bright, easy-drinking, aromatic wine has an inviting deep ruby color and offers evolving aromas of cran-raspberry, violet and black pepper. The palate follows with rich flavors of red fruit and plum which intertwine with hints of oak dust. Medium bodied, the wine finishes softly with smooth tannins, which delightfully complement the lingering berry tones.
