Nose: Mixed berries and spice, enhanced with sweet vanillin oak.

Color: Deep red.

Palate: Mixed berries and spice. Great depth of flavor and length. Finishes with balanced, fine tannins.

Food Suggestions: Lamb chops, roast chicken with garlic and herbs.

Serving Temperature: Serve at room temperature.

Cellaring: Fine drinking now, but will develop over a 5-3 year cellaring.
