The 2005 Alysson Parsons Shiraz is a black purple color. On the nose there are notes of blackberry, blueberry, licorice, and spice. A mouth filling full flavored wine showing spicy fruit, blackberries, blueberries, fruit cake, cherries and red berries. The palate is soft, luscious, has great length, a firm finish with lingering chocolate, cherries flavors.
