The ripe melon and pear flavors of this Chardonnay coupled with excellent balance between acid and fruit make this a wine for a variety of dishes. Grilled or lightly smoked fish or poultry work particularly well. Try this with a shrimp bisque with red pepper croutons. Our favorite is smoked duck sausage with Arugula pesto.
