Winemaker's Notes:

 Flavors of crisp green apple, pear, tropical fruit and spice are enhanced by subtle notes of vanilla and toast.

This Chardonnay is nice as an aperitif, as well as a great food wine. Try serving it with soft creamy cheeses, fish, chicken dishes and other light fare.

Blend: 93% Chardonnay, 4.5% Semillon, 1.5% Pinot Gris, 0.5% Viognier, 0.5% Chenin Blanc
