Wine Style Guide

Light & Crisp

Light to medium bodied wines that are high in acid and light to medium fruit. Typically no oak.

Fruity & Smooth

Light to medium bodied wines with lots of juicy fruit, typically medium acid and medium oak.

Rich & Creamy

Full bodied wines that have typically undergone malo-lactic fermentation and/or spent time in oak.

Winemaker's Notes

Beautiful pale yellow and crystal-like color. Very clean and attractive bouquet with minerally notes and citrus aromas. A dry wine. A richly fruited palate showing persistent and refreshing flavors.

An exceptionally pure chalky terroir with a superb exposure permits to elaborate a rarity: The White Chinon.

Disappointing. Lacked flavor, depth or complexity. To much minerality.
