Cornerstone Cellars began producing Cabernet Sauvignon and the occasional Zinfandel from Howell Mountain fruit in 1991. The focus continues to be on Howell Mountain vineyards that produce intense wines with the forward berry character typical of the appellation, balanced by Frenck oak and a slight note of sweet herbs. The wines are made by Celia Masyczek. Total 1999 bottling was 1858 cases.
