Winemaker's Notes:

 In keeping with tradition, the 2007 Anthology blend includes all five Bordeaux varieties to create an elegant, rich, and approachable wine reminiscent of a warm berry pie. This wine delivers a spiced-laden bouquet of berries, violets and vanilla. Juicy and unctuous, the fruity and floral flavors blossom with time in the glass, and finish with an exotic spiciness that will leave you wanting another glass. This wine benefits from decanting and continues evolving over the course of a meal and into a good movie.

Blend: 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 9% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot

About Conn Creek Winery:

 Conn Creek was founded in 1973 and immediately established itself as one of Napa Valley's premier Cabernet houses with the release of its 1974 Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery name comes from its location, next to Conn Creek near the Rutherford Crossroad that connects the Silverado Trail with Highway 29. Conn Creek specializes in limited production Bordeaux varietal wines exclusively from Napa Valley’s best vineyards. Present production remains at fewer than 6500 case per year.
