Winemaker's Notes

To keep the fruity quality of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes, the wine is fermented in controlled-temperature stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in American oak barriques for up to six months. This dry white wine is smooth, full-bodied and delicious. Excellent with fish, poultry, veal, pork and most pasta dishes.
