The 2004 Concannon Cabernet Sauvignon, Selected Vineyards, Central Coast is well structured; exhibiting blackberry, cassis, hints of mushroom, earth, and cedar on the nose with those
flavors also segueing nicely onto the palate, complementing the bouquet.
Fine tannins and dark berry
fruit character balances well with the earthy, toasty notes from the French and American oak.
Enjoy with tri-tips of beef, rosemary rubbed filet mignon, or other favorite red meat dishes.
