Our vineyard extends over more than 60 hectares, all of them certified by the different control organizations of Organic Agriculture. During the entire year the farm is subject to an exhaustive and continuous monitoring. The cycle starts in November with the analysis of the soil and a careful pruning process.

We only use environmentally friendly organic products, which, apart from not harming man's health, contribute to improving the taste of the products obtained. Organic matter from crushed vine shoots is used to cover the earth for the first months of the year.
